What is the Youth Voice Network?
As the delivery partner for the Electoral Commission's Youth Voice Network for England we create engaging educational materials, informative and fun social media content and support their research so that by working together we can increase the proportion and diversity of young people getting involved in our democracy.
If you'd like to get creative, share your ideas and have your opinions heard, then get involved!
You do not need any prior knowledge of how elections of how our democracy works.

Meet our Network
Casey, (they/them)

"Some topics that particularly interest me are LGBTQ+ rights and neurodiversity awareness. The Youth Voice network has really helped me develop my political advocacy and communication skills.
If I were a biscuit, I think I would be a chocolate digestive - reliable and dependable but with a little extra flair!"
Temi, (she/her)

"I am passionate about empowering youth and creating change. Being part of the Youth Voice Network has been an amazing experience; it’s given me the opportunity to share ideas, represent young voices, and be part of projects that make a difference. I love reading, writing, and, most of all, sports. "
Zani, (she/her)

"I’ve been involved in youth advocacy for almost three years now, and what I’ve realised is that it takes a crowd to drive a campaign.
If you love debating and using your voice as a tool, get involved with the Youth Voice Network!"
Hamza, (he/him)
“The issues that matter most to me right now are: international collaboration between countries, peace, not war, support for the less fortunate, votes at 16, and safeguarding young people in schools, which is currently under review."

Vote!
Maanashi, (she/her)

"From taking part, I’ve gained the confidence to express my own thoughts in discussions. If you are thinking about joining, you should definitely do so, as you will have an amazing experience and gain invaluable skills.
A fun fact about me is that I’m a classical dancer, and I do a dance form called Bharatanatyam."
